3. Free Trial

New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to recipe generation features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the 3-day trial ends, you will no longer have access to the app unless you purchase lifetime access.

4. Payment, Refunds & Access

• Lifetime access is $29.95, payable once via Stripe.
• Payment grants lifetime access to all current features.
• Future premium add-ons may be offered separately.
• Admin accounts are exempt from payment requirements.
• Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be granted.

5. AI-Generated Content

All recipes are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. Chef Ninja Pro is not liable for any outcome resulting from following a generated recipe, including but not limited to food spoilage, allergic reactions, or unsatisfactory results. Users must use their own judgment and verify ingredients, allergens, cooking temperatures, and food safety practices.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the platform.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Upload harmful or inappropriate content.

7. Intellectual Property

Generated recipes are provided for your personal use. The Chef Ninja Pro platform, branding, and software are the intellectual property of Chef Ninja Pro and its operators.

8. Limitation of Liability

Chef Ninja Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including any results from following AI-generated recipes.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
